		<description><![CDATA[Here is the 411 on the &quot;INDEPENDENT FORECLOSURE REVIEW&quot;  Rust Consulting sends your docs to the bank....the bank then has the option of reviewing your file and they can take out docs if they so desire.  The personnel that review the files are Temps hired by the bank with very little experience.  The bank trains them and pays the temp agency so who is the boss.  There is no consulting firm on site to oversee the review.  Check an article on www.nakedcapitalism.com.  Actual comment by a Temp hired by the bank.  I even call one of the temp agencies to confirm.  So again the banks are getting away with murder.  If we think they will compensate us for damage, thing again]]></description>
